Most of these rentals also have a gas grill to cook your favorite entre. I chose to look at beach rentals in San Diego because of the perfect weather. It is a location where you can be comfortable vacationing at any time of the year. The rentals are usually close to major attractions such as Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and the famous Belmont Park with the Big Dipper Roller Coaster and the largest pool found in Southern California. Beach rentals can be anything from a refurbished 1924 cottage to a plush resort condominium. The price of these can vary depending on how much luxury you want. Some prices start as low as $600 a week and can go up to $5500. You are free to choose your price range and the number of extra amenities you are willing to pay for. While searching for beach rentals, you might not be aware of some hidden costs. Most want a deposit and fees can be different depending on seasons. Lodging tax also is tacked on as well as a cleaning fee. Most fees I found were around $75. Check on payment options, many beach rentals are owned by private owners and will only accept personal checks or money orders.
